Joel Sanders, CCIM, CPM, C3P, AHM, President & CEO of Trinco Real Estate, has significant experience in the analysis, financing, management, acquisition, and disposition of several hundred million dollars of multifamily properties from both the principal and third-party side of transactions. Prior to forming Trinco, he led the efforts of the Colliers International’s Multi-Family Advisory Group in Arkansas. Mr. Sanders holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Low Income Housing Tax Credit C3P, and the Affordable Housing Manager (AHM) designations in addition to a BSBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. While a full-time college student, Mr. Sanders sold over $7 million in investment properties in one year. In 2008, he was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” class, and along with numerous other professional memberships, currently serves on the Walton College of Business’ Alumni Advisory Council.
Esther Li, CMA, Controller at Trinco Real Estate, oversees all aspects of the company’s property accounting to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial statements and assists with converting that information into knowledge in an effort to facilitate good, quick operating decisions that improve an asset’s bottom line. Ms. Li graduated at the top of her MBA class with an emphasis in Accounting from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. Additionally, she holds the prestigious Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Management Accountants.
Piper Hurban, Human Resources Manager with Trinco Real Estate, is responsible for the oversight of all company’s talent development, recruiting, and hiring of great team members as well as the administration of compensation packages and payroll processing. Ms. Hurban has experience with successfully executing consistent and noteworthy change within multiple small organizations. Furthermore, she possesses a BSBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
