The right team members is a big deal to us. Hiring the wrong team members is a big deal to us. We would much rather hire correctly the first time than have a mis-hire down the road. However, hiring is one of the most difficult things we do for ourselves and on behalf of our clients. Nonetheless, we take it very seriously and work hard to do our best.

We truly believe that if we pick out the right time, put the right players in the right positions, and coach them properly, we will have a team that able to yield wins with fanatical consistency.

We have great tools and methods to help us hire correctly, and we utilize them on a regular basis. Our new hires not only have to go through standard screening procedures such as background checks and drug tests, but they also must successfully complete administered screening tests and interviews to ensure that they are a proper fit for our culture.
