RECOGNITION
Recognition for Team Members is a very important facet for Trinco. We believe in celebrating successes. We don’t want good performance to go un-noticed and work to acknowledge where Team Members are performing well rather than solely focusing on where they can improve. Trinco uses such tools as at least monthly company-wide meetings, awards, and the company’s intranet. We jump up and down at these successes. We want our team members to receive the blame for the fame they are due when they succeed. To remain consistent with Trinco’s value of habitual accountability, they may also earn some public shame for failures (like the concept of Great Britain’s Question Hour). This helps to breed and champion a culture of success and positive recognition and ensure that the company keeps Team Members who want to win, not just those who want to stand on the field.
