Trinco strives hard to be on the fore-front of technological systems for the multi-housing industry. We use a lot of cloud computing for internal processes including employee training and accountability and primarily Yardi Voyager as our management, accounting, and reporting tool. However, Trinco does have experience with multiple other software packages such as MRI and has resources to help with the accurate conversion of property data when necessary.
